Shipping
In our office we aim to make sure that when an order is received, that improvements in your order will be notified to you via email or text message.
There are 3 stages in our system:
Pending
Processing
Delivered
When your order is placed, it is checked through the bank, this is the pending stage.
The order is then processed and dispatched immediately. If item is not in stock, we will inform our supplier who will post direct to you to save postage times and costs. This sometimes takes a couple of extra days but you will be informed and updated throughout the process.
Only when the item is dispatched, funds are then transferred and customer notified.
Returns
All items are returnable and refundable.
We allow 30 days after order was placed for a full refund on the item.
If item is faulty we will be happy to replace or repair the item.
Refunds do not include the postage paid.
